Information technology has been used to solve the issue of educational equality. Some teaching problems and challenges has occurred according to the poor experience. This study mainly focuses on investigating the benefits and challenges presented in blended synchronous classroom and providing solutions for it. The case study was conducted in a rural school in China. Three students, two instructors, and a school leader were interviewed to respond to the research questions.
