Estimation of quantiles of Annual Maximum Wind Speed (AMWS) is needed in different environmental fields, engineering risk analysis, design of structures, renewable energy sources, agricultural operations, and climatology. Therefore, wind speed frequency analysis (WSFA) was carried out at nine stations from Pakistan.
