Property enterprise has contributed significantly to the prevention and control of COVID-19, and its functions received positive feedback from the urban residents via a survey. Detailed data on confirmed COVID-19 cases in 446 communities in Wuhan were collected and the property fee of each community was used to assess the quality of the property services provided.
