To improve its stealth performance within the passband, a reconfigurable rasorber/absorber with resorbing and absorbing states is presented. By introducing PIN diodes, proposed devices achieve a switchable function. At the lossless layer, a square-slot patch is designed to match the transmission window of the resistive layer to achieve a lower insertion loss. Equivalent circuit model of switchable rabsorber/absorber is constructed to provide physical insight into operation.
