采用动态偏离—份额分析方法,以三次产业GDP为研究口径,以全国为参照区域,对全国除台湾、香港、澳门以外的31个省级行政区的产业结构与竞争力进行研究,测算各省级行政区产业结构效应与竞争力水平,通过相关性分析产业结构和产业竞争力与经济相对增长水平的相关程度。结果表明,31个省级行政区产业竞争力与经济增长水平联系密切,产业结构效应对经济增长贡献力不足,产业竞争力与产业结构效应不协调。根据产业竞争力和产业结构效应将全国31个省级行政区分为4类地区,并针对4类地区提出了相应的发展策略。

In the paper,the industrial structure and competitive strength of 31 provincial districts in China excluding Taiwan,Hong Kong and Macau are analyzed by applying Dynamic Shift-Share Analysis on GDP of three industries taking the whole nation as reference area.The industrial structure efficiency and competitive strength level of each provincial district are predicted and measured.Through relativity,the relevant degree of industrial structure,industrial competitive strength and the relative economic growth is analyzed.The results show that,the industrial competitiveness of the 31 provincial distr...
