了解教师职业认同的心理要素并编制相应的测量工具,既有利于从理论上深入探讨教师职业认同的实质,又是开展进一步实证研究的需要。研究通过对1081名中小学教师的调查,对理论模型进行检验,经探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析,研究结果表明,中小学教师职业认同的构成要素包括角色概念、职业价值、职业自豪感和职业自尊等四个因素,自编的中小学教师职业认同量表具有良好的信度和效度,符合心理测量学的要求。

This reseach discussed the pshychology elements of teacher＇s professional identity and developed a questionnaire for measure it. 1081 elementary teachers and high school teachers paticipated in the study.
