随着“一带一路”不断深入，新疆作为丝绸之路经济带核心区正在发挥越来越重要的作用，在面对新疆区域性产业结构调整，辐射带动周边地区协调发展等方面，新疆高校在培养创新创业人才培养方面还存在一定的短板。通过对新疆高校创新创业教育面临的机遇与挑战、特色做法及成效、改革实施路径进行论述，对近一年来取得的最新成果进行样本分析，提出了相对应的解决办法，以期促进新疆高校创新创业教育改革取得新的成效。
