In Computer Supported Collaborative Learning (CSCL) environment, Collaborative tasks wasn't accordant with personalized characteristics of each team member; Load imbalance led that practical experiment couldn't be operated and learning couldn't relate with real life. To solve these problems, The Grid-based Personalized Collaborative Learning System (GPCLS) was proposed.
