长期以来，经济法作为现代法，基于其产生的背景，具有协调社会经济总体利益，实现实质公平正义的理念。这与目前构建和谐社会，在以人为本、社会本位、平衡协调、发展经济以及公平正义等方面都有契合之处。为了实现经济法理念，充分发挥经济法在构建和谐社会中的作用，应加强立法，提高主体守法自觉性，完善司法，改革管理体制以实现和谐执法。

For a long time, economic law, as a modem law, has been coordinating the whole social benefit and realizing social justice, which is coincident with the concept of a harmonious society.
