设计了一种玻璃钢材料锚环的矿用锚索支护结构并设计了玻璃钢锚环的制作流程,应用湿法缠绕成型工艺进行了锚环的制作。对所制锚环进行了压载试验和张拉试验。研究表明无碱玻璃纤维缠绕成型的196#不饱和聚酯树脂基玻璃钢锚环具有质量轻、易成型、耐酸碱腐蚀性能好等优点。玻璃钢锚环的承压性能在500k N以上,张拉强度极限为464k N。

For a long period, anchor ring in supporting system used metal as its producing material. Coal road has a moist and corrosive situation, which may cause the pyramidal faces of anchor ring and clips to rust and even lose work. When rock faces has the tendency of motion, the clips and anchor ring will not bite well due to the in- crease of friction coefficient in contact area.
