The Global Asymptotically Stability of FAST TCP by nonlinear delay differential equation with heterogeneous delays is developed. Since the traditional self-stabilization approaches lack the flexibility to deal with the variable adaptation of the complex network within FAST TCP, the study emphasizes an alternate self-stability analysis approach, namely Lyapunov's Second Method. The time-delay that its stability is proved using Lyapunov Second Method is compensated for the changing Window Sizes similar to the Smith's Principle.
