构建全民共建共享的社会治理格局,是十八届五中全会提出的社会治理总目标。现有共建共享机制研究主要聚焦于宏观而缺少对微观尤其是社区治理格局的关注。然而社会治理的重心在城乡社区,尤其是随着城镇化的推进,城市社区在城乡社区体系中所占的比重将越来越高,城市社区将成为整个社会治理格局构建的重中之重。研究表明,社区共同体与共建共享具有高度吻合性,城市社区如能建成居民共同体,共建共享治理格局则容易形成。虽然城市"社区"共同体日益式微,但以楼栋、院落、小区为代表的社区"微"共同体却表现出旺盛的生命力。本文试图从共同利益、集体行动、社会分化等视角回答"微"共同体可不可能,从形式、...
