近年来，幼儿园文化建设成为人们关注的热点，人们普遍认识到幼儿园文化建设的重要性。但在幼儿园文化建设的过程中，由于认识的偏差出现了片面化、形式化、功利化、模仿化等错误倾向。因此，在幼儿园文化建设中应努力做到：正确地认识幼儿园文化建设，明晰园长的领导责任，提高幼儿教师的素质，营造良好的园所文化环境，认识幼儿园文化建设的动态性。

In recent years, Cultural construction in kindergartens has become a focus of attention of most people. People have realized the importance of cultural construction in kindergartens.
