A highly efficient and enantioselective intramolecular crossed Rauhut-Currier (RC) reaction of nitroolefins with tethered enonates has been developed through cooperative nucleophilic activation and a hydrogen-bonding catalytic strategy (≤98% ee and 98% yield).
