在公共文化服务日渐兴盛的新时代环境下,重视并加强公共图书馆人才队伍建设成为必然要求。馆员知识与能力要素的明确和体系的构建,可以为***与培养提供参考借鉴。本研究以《公共图书馆法》为依据,运用文献调查法、内容分析法、抽象概括法,萃取、归纳馆员能力要素,并结合国内多所高校专业人才培养方案进一步探索馆员的知识要素,搭建包含基础-进阶-竞争三层等级的馆员知识和能力体系,并阐明体系中各模块的要点内容与转化关系。图4。表2。参考文献24。
