We propose a wideband magnetometer based on the classical M-x method realized with the multiple fictitious magnetic fields by applying a spatial light modulator and a microlens array. We give a brief theoretical description of the optically induced fictitious magnetic field and introduce the experimental setup of this magnetometer.
