本文根据我国部分高校近年来博士生培养中存在的问题,提出了一系列改进和加强的措施,包括加强导师队伍建设,严格把握培养过程中各道关口,强化学位论文质量保证体系,完善论文评审和答辩制度等,旨在提高博士研究生的培养质量。
