An Empirical Study on the Employment Situation of the Highly Educated

基于2015年调查数据,以多理论综合视角对受高等教育者的就业状况进行实证研究发现:受高等教育者主要从事专业技术工作,大多数就业于直辖市、省会城市和地级城市;高职高专和本科学历者大多数在企业工作,研究生学历者主要在事业单位工作;就业收入与学历层次、学校层次、工龄、家庭背景成正相关,不同学科和不同类型工作单位的就业收入也存在显著差异;工作满意度与工龄成正向关系,也受家庭背景和学科的影响。研究结果表明,人力资本、社会资本、学科供求状况和劳动力市场分割都对受高等教育者就业状况产生了重要影响。基于此,从以上四个维度对如何改善受高等教育者就业状况提出了对策建议。

Based on the survey data of 2015,this paper makes an empirical study on the employment situation of the highly educated from the perspective of multiple theories and finds that the highly educated are mainly engaged in professional and technical personnel;they are mainly employed in municipalities,provincial capitals and prefecture-level cities;most of those with higher vocational and undergraduate degrees work in enterprises,while those with postgraduate degrees mainly work in public institutions;the employment income of the highly educated is positively correlated with education level,school...
