“训育”概念经日本传入中国以来，随着国人训育观念的加深，及至民国时期，“训育”开始由一个概念演变成一种教育制度。抗战全面爆发后，随着国立西北联合大学等战时高校的出现，为管制战时大学学生的思想言行，国民政府决定在高校建立训育制度，作为加强管理高校的关键举措。其主要组成部分包括实施“导师制”、设立“训导处”和引入“三青团”。各地学生聚集地的西北联大，因其历史基础和地理位置，成为国民政府推行训育制度的重镇。就战时局势而言，此项举措的实施，虽说于学生民族主义精神的激发有过一定程度的推动，但该项举措不仅导致西北联大泛政治化现象严重，而且限制了学生的思想行...
