Two Sentence Patterns Combined by Adverb and “Verb＋Temporal Quantity Component”

副词与"动词+时量成分"结构的组合,可以形成两种句式:"副词+动词+时量成分"和"动词+副词+时量成分"。由于副词所处句法位置的差异,能进入前一句式的副词数量远多于后一句式。两种句式的基本语法意义都表示动作持续或结束后经历的时间,时量成分的句法性质一致,但它们的结构层次和语义特点都有所不同。如果某一副词能同时进入两种句式,可以形成互相转换的关系,转换后两种句式并不完全等值,存在若干差异。

By combining adverb and ＂verb ＋ temporal quantity component＂,two sentence patterns could be formed： ＂adverb ＋ verb ＋ temporal quantity component＂and ＂verb ＋ adverb ＋ temporal quantity component＂. For different syntactic positions,the amount of adverbs which can enter the former pattern is far larger than that of the latter. The basic grammatical meanings of these two sentence patterns both refers to the duration of an action or the time after an action is over.
