农村城镇化过程是一个农业人口和农村各种资源要素逐步向城镇集中的过程;农村城镇化过程必然会对农地利用产生深刻的影响,引发系列问题.论文立足于湖北省农村城镇化发展阶段、过程分析,研究和探讨了湖北省农地利用的变化及其趋势、农地利用与保护中存在的各种问题.论文并以湖北省农村城镇化顺利推进、农用地有效利用与保护、湖北省城乡社会协调发展为目标,提出了湖北省农地合理利用和保护的基本模式和策略.

Townification, the process of rural population and resources moving into towns, is sure to exert profound influences on the utilization of agricultural land and cause a series of problems. Based on the researches on the process and development stages of townification in Hubei Province, the paper discusses the changes and trend of agricultural land utilization in this province and various problems in agricultural land utilization and protection and puts forward a basic mode and strategy about reasonable utilization and protection of agricultural land in order to advance smoothly townification i...
