能源是国家经济社会发展的基础物质保障,各国为获得持续和有保障的能源展开竞争与合作。国际合作理论研究始于20世纪70年代初,经过多年来的发展已形成诸多相关理论,新现实主义、新自由制度主义、建构主义和新马克思主义这几种国际政治学理论对国际合作均有相关系统论述,对国际能源合作提供了有益的启示和理论贡献。

Energy is the fundamental resources for national development. Countries compete and cooperate to secure sustainable energy. The study of international cooperation theories started in 1970 s. After years of development, many theories have come into being in this regard.
