现阶段中国基本公共文化服务体系建设已经较为成熟,但是仍然存在诸多问题.对基本公共文化服务的财政保障模式进行研究有助于更好地进行基本公共文化服务体系建设,解决建设和运行中的诸多问题.从基本公共文化服务财政保障责任和标准、政府责任划分方式、财政投入方式、筹资方式及财政保障评估等五个方面出发,通过借鉴美国、日本和瑞典在公共文化服务财政保障中的经验,为我国基本公共文化服务提供政策建议.

The basic public culture service system construction in China has been relatively mature at present. However, there are still many problems.
