“开放教育资源”“微课”“翻转课堂”显著地推动教学模式和教学方式的变革.教师教育课程作为培养现代教师的主要手段,理所当然要积极回应这种变革.研究在分析开放资源对教师教育特殊价值的基础上,以“有效教学”课程为例,探讨教师教育课程开放资源的建设经验及开放资源支持下的翻转课堂教学模式,并与传统课堂教学对比分析其有效性.结果表明:基于开放资源的翻转课堂有助于激发与维持学生自主学习和课堂参与的动机,促进学生对知识的深层建构与迁移应用,培养学生语言表达能力和合作交流能力.开放资源及其支持下的翻转课堂对资源建设者的专业素养、授课教师的教学能力和学习者的自主学习能力提出更...
