本文在阐述电子商务信用信息流转主体、客体、方式等电子商务信用信息流转模型构成要素的基础上，提出了电子商务信用信息流转模型基本构架，并对以电子商务平台为中心、以信用信息机构为中心、以相关管理与业务部门为中心的电子商务信用信息流转进行了具体分析。
