Based on the analysis of the lack of research in personal knowledge transfer, this article buildsup the evaluation system aiming at the effects of personal knowledge transfer in academic blogs. By meansof fuzzy comprehension evaluation method, it also evaluates the effects that knowledge transfer mediahave on personal knowledge transfer and digs deep into the effects.
