Analysis of the Value Chain of “Production-Publishing-Consumption” of Science and Technology Literature Information Resources

[目的/意义]测度科技文献信息资源“生产—出版—消费”价值链，获得不同节点的知识价值贡献率，合理调整科技文献信息资源生产、出版与消费的结构和模式。[方法/过程]提出知识价值综合评价体系，测度科技文献信息资源在生产、出版与消费过程中的知识价值变化情况，并以“网络信息资源评价”为例，借助信息熵的计算结果进行实证分析。[结果/结论]结果表明，在“生产—出版—消费1—消费2—消费3”所构成的链条上知识价值量逐渐减少，其中“生产—出版”知识价值量变动幅度不大，“出版—消费1”知识价值量骤减，“消费1—消费2—消费3”知识价值量缓慢下降，但总体消费环节创造的知识总价值最大...
