邓小平通过打破"大锅饭"、平均主义的收入分配格局,逐步创立了让一部分地区、单位、个人先富、先富带后富并最终实现共同富裕的收入分配理论.以江泽民同志为核心的党的第三代领导集体,继承、发展了邓小平的收入分配理论,提出了效率优先、兼顾公平和保护合法收入、取缔非法收入、整顿不合理收入、调节过高收入的正确的收入分配政策.

By means of breaking 'big-pot' ---the equalization system of distribution, DENG Xiao-ping established a new distribution theory that common prosperity could be achieved by allowing some districts, organizations and people to become rich first, and then letting them help developing ones.
