从本体论、价值论、实践论的维度厘清教师教育情怀的人性逻辑，阐明教育情怀的德性素养，探寻教育情怀的智慧生成对教育情怀的理解和培育意义重大。教育情怀的人性逻辑主要体现为本体层面的“善己爱人”、价值层面的“舍己为人”、实践层面的“克己复礼”。教育情怀作为教师德性的一部分，蕴含着教师对自身、对教育事业及对学生的一种情感态度，包括本体层面的具身关怀、价值层面的职业情怀和实践层面的人文情怀。教育情怀的智慧生成不仅需要教师主体的德性自觉，价值层面的成人成己，还需要实践层面的个性修炼。
