Drug-drug interaction (DDI) pertains to the occurrence where the concomitant use of two or more drugs may lead to interactions in terms of their pharmacokinetic or pharmacodynamic behavior, resulting in unexpected effects. Accurately predicting DDIs holds significant importance in ensuring drug safety.
