我国政府体育公共服务职能在社会转型所出现的体制转换、结构变迁、文化多元的严峻挑战中,面临民众对体育行为选择、价值评判标准和利益分化带来的一系列社会矛盾。深刻分析社会转型对政府体育公共服务职能产生的影响,有利于进一步探索和优化政府体育公共服务职能,促进我国体育事业的健康发展和社会主义和谐社会的构建。
