体育公园是实现全民健身绿色发展的新空间、新载体，体育公园建设是构建更高水平全民健身公共服务体系的重要举措。运用文献资料调查法、实地调研法等方法综合分析了我国体育公园现行支持政策执行存在的问题。研究发现，现行支持政策易引导地方盲目扩大建设规模，复合用地建设难以办理相关规划许可手续，现行资助方式易加剧区域不平衡，缺乏体育公园规划指引和建设标准，体育公园用地难以有效保障以及委托运营易导致过度商业化。借鉴日本运动公园创新支持政策的经验，提出扩大中央预算内投资支持范围、适当控制体育公园建设规模；细化复合用地建设体育公园的规划许可手续；优化中央预算内资助方...
