学校体育治理共同体是多元主体参与学校体育治理的一种作用机制，对推动义务教育优质均衡发展具有重要意义。采用文献法、访谈法和逻辑分析法，以全国较早开始探索通过调动多元主体参与学校体育发展的“北京实践”为例，归纳多元主体参与义务教育学校体育治理的路径和行动模式，根据治理共同体构建的理论逻辑，指出义务教育学校体育治理共同体构建面临的文化差异、机制偏失、标准化迟缓、主体合而不力等问题，围绕“多元主体培育—激励参与—功能耦合”的理路，提出培育合作文化、构建保障机制、研制标准体系、探索区域学校体育集群化治理模式等本土化构建策略，希冀为解决多元主体仅基于自身利...
