Teachers'Identity Mirror Image in the Era of Artificial Intelligence:Dilemma and Construction

人工智能以技术驱动显著地重塑了传统教育情境,也给教师身份镜像的映射及建构带来了困境,从自我镜像、环境生态、自我实现等角度挑战着教师的身份认同.为破解这一困局,促进人工智能时代教师身份的建构,基于自我镜像及教师身份镜像的内涵,采用理论分析法分析了人工智能所带来的教育变革及影响,创新性地提出,人工智能时代的教师身份应建构为:努力实现自我价值的教育者、积极探索生态建构的研究者和能动推进专业发展的学习者.最后从教师个体、教育生态等角度提出应对之策:教师要能动参与人机协同,创新自我实现路径,在变化发展中动态建构身份镜像,同时教育部门、各级学校及社会各界应合力重塑教育生...
