This paper proposes a predictive controller based on adaptive resource management techniques for multi-service wireless cellular networks to keep the handoff failure rate (HFR) below a target value regardless of the traffic dynamics and bandwidth requirements of the service types. In this paper, we propose a modified feedback algorithm to control the reserved resource.
