国外普通高等学校开办的成人高等教育包括学位教育与职业继续教育.学位课程按层次分为副学士学位、学士学位和硕士学位三种高低衔接的课程.职业证书课程计划没有统一的模式,不同学校的课程计划各不相同,但课程内容都是专业领域的新知识、新方法,以帮助在职成年人更新知识,增长职业技能.
