在第三次工业革命的浪潮来临之际，研究生教育不仅在人才培养和科技创新、服务国家和社会发展方面具有重要使命，而且是教育高质量发展的重要环节。放眼全球，研究生教育多样化、弹性化、专业化、优质化、创新化、法治化、信息化、国际化和开放化的发展趋势日益显现。在此情势下，我国研究生教育改革的方向应为：以学位类型改革为突破口，继续积极稳步推进多样化改革；注重政策灵活性；同步推进专业学位研究生教育与研究生教育学科专业化建设；研究生教育内涵式发展与“双一流”建设相互呼应；加快推进《中华人民共和国学位法》修订工作；发展远程研究生教育，提高研究生信息管理的数据化水平；...
