发展意义的长远、发展资源适切生发、发展动力内生不竭，以及发展效能的协同发挥，构成了幼儿园课程可持续发展的内在意涵。在理论层面，幼儿园课程可持续发展涉及个体终身学习素养培育、园本课程建设、教师专业发展转向、发展生态体系调整等方面。在实践层面，当前幼儿园课程可持续发展陷于困境：因为功利与肤浅，在课程价值上趋于短视；因为跟风与冒进，在课程资源上无视园情；因为无能与被动，在课程发展动力上陷于依赖；因为权力失控与偏向，在课程效能评价上片面突出。因此，应从四个方面寻找幼儿园课程可持续发展的路径：以核心素养为中心，建构一体化的幼、小、中课程目标体系；面向生活...
