旅美作曲家陈怡创作的钢琴作品,虽然依旧取材于民间歌曲,但是明显有别于以往同一素材的作品,它既非声乐歌曲的简单移植,也非单纯的创编曲,而是对民间音乐素材进行深入的吸收和消化,再结合运用新的作曲技法,充分体现了作曲家在音乐创作中所追求的民族性和现代性的完美结合.该作品中体现出来的民间音乐素材运用于音乐创作的新思路,对于我国当代音乐创作有着深刻的启示.
