以生产现场为中心，以工人劳动关系为主要分析对象，是劳动过程理论的重要特征。农民工的劳资关系问题研究应该回到以马克思、布雷弗曼、布洛维等相继拓展的劳动过程理论中去。“控制”“抗争”与“妥协”，是劳动过程理论分析工人劳资关系的核心话语，有助于我们检视当下的时代变迁和中国农民工在劳动过程中遭遇的问题。在回顾劳动过程理论核心分析话语演进的基础上，梳理国内劳动过程视域下相关农民工问题研究，阐述劳动过程中工人主体身份的建构及在中国语境中的特殊性。

The important features of the labor process theory focus on the production site and view workers＇ labor relations as the main object of analysis. The research on the industrial relations of migrant workers should go back to the labor process theory which was expanded by Marx,Braverman,Burawoy and others in succession. As the keywords of labor process theory to analyze workers＇ industrial relations,＂control＂, ＂resistance＂and ＂compromise＂ could help us to inspect current change of the times and the problems that Chinese rural migrant work...
