Urbanization and economic development pose a challenge to the water ecological environment of cities. “Ecological Civilization” is a term that demonstrates the strategy to achieve the win-win goal of economic development and eco-environment protection. “Water Ecological Civilization” is a vital part of “Ecological Civilization”.
