运动员核心价值观是运动员从运动队的需要和利益出发形成的对运动员价值的根本看法，是运动员在对训练和比赛中各种事物和现象进行认知和评价时所持的基本观点。采用文献资料法等，分析我国当代运动员核心价值观的主要理论渊源和构建原则，认为我国当代运动员核心价值观的基本内涵是荣耀祖国、拼搏超越、崇尚公平、团队协作、善待身心、回报社会。

Athletes＇ core values are the fundamental views of the athletes＇ value which come from sports teams＇ needs and interests, held by athletes to perceive and evaluate in training and competitive activities. The paper uses literature review to explore the theoretical origin and construction principles of athletes＇ core values for Chinese contemporary athletes.
