Research on the Correlation between the“Double Disembeddedness”State and the Psychological Anomia of the New Generation of Migrant Workers

新生代乡城流动劳工面临“双重脱嵌”境遇。文章根据2014年流动人口动态监测数据，对新生代流动劳工的“双重脱嵌”与心理失范之间的关联性进行研究。研究结果显示：心理失范与城乡联结关系存在显著代际差异，新生代乡城流动劳工心理失范水平显著较高；组织、活动参与对新生代乡城流动劳工心理失范具有独特影响；经济嵌入、制度保障、文化联结、身份认同是显著降低乡城流动劳工心理失范的重要保护因素。
