我国日益突出的行业垄断对大学生就业产生了不利影响，表现在行业垄断减少了大学生就业机会、降低了大学生就业收入和损害了大学生就业公平。因此，解决大学生就业难问题的有效途径就在于打破行业垄断，建立公平的就业竞争机制。
