By comparing the dispersion relations of a hard thermal loop (HTL) and complete one loop, we found a threshold frequency, which is absent in the HTL approximation and shows up in the dynamical screening regime of a complete-one-loop dispersion relation. Above and below the threshold frequency, the momenta are purely imaginary and complex respectively.
