Cultivating cross-disciplinary emergency management engineering talentis necessary and significant for responding to major emergencies. Asbarriers to intercourse and cognition exist between the different disciplines, the massive, heterogeneous, unordered cross-disciplinary curriculaare difficult to integrate.
