中亚作为中国的战略边疆和美国的＂危机之弧＂,在两国的对外战略中都是至关重要的一环。中美在中亚没有直接的利益冲突,但由于政治因素、安全因素与经济因素的影响,中美在中亚存在政治利益、安全利益、经济利益上的分歧。这些分歧反映出了中美在中亚缺乏战略互信。为了更好地解决中美中亚分歧,打击中亚地区的恐怖主义、改善中亚脆弱的政治经济环境,中美亟需在中亚构建战略互信。

Central Asia, as the strategic frontier of China and the ＂arc of crisis＂ of the United States, is a crucial link of the foreign strategy for the two countries. There is no direct conflict of interest between China and the US in central Asia. However, due to the influence of the political, security and economic factors, there still exists divergences between China and the US in political, security and economic interests in Central Asia, which reflect the lack of mutual trust between China and the US in Central Asia.
