Wireless Multimedia Sensor Networks (WMSNs) are increasingly penetrating into all areas of human life and activity. According to forecasts of leading experts in the field of telecommunications, sensor networks as a component of Internet of Things (IoT) in the medium term will take an important place among communication networks.
