本文在分析学术博客个体知识转移研究不足的基础上,构建了针对学术博客中个体知识转移作用效果评价体系,采用模糊综合评判方法,对知识转移媒介在个体之间知识转移的作用效果进行评价,并对评价结果进行了深入分析,同时与期刊文献作为个体之间知识转移作用效果比较,结果显示学术博客在个体知识转移上的效能超过期刊文献,表明学术博客对于推进个体之间的知识转移具有明显的优势.
