病理性赌博是指个体难以控制赌博冲动,使其持久地沉溺于赌博中,以致个人、家庭和社会受到不良影响的赌博行为。本研究在参阅病理性赌博和其它行为成瘾相关文献的基础上,对病理性赌博的发生机制进行探讨,指出其是生物、心理和社会因素共同作用的结果。未来研究应注重构建病理性赌博的成因模型、加强病理性赌博的干预和预防研究。

Pathological gambling refers to a gambling behavior conducted by the individuals who can＇t control the im- pulse and then addict to gamble, which adversely affects individuals, families and society.
